**Weekly offerings are debited from your account every Monday.

NOTE: Payment dates that fall on federal holidays or non-banking days will be pulled on the next banking day after the regular payment date.

I hereby authorize Gustavus Adolphus Lutheran Church to initiate electronic debit entries from my checking/savings account at the financial institution named above. This authority will remain in effect until the church is notified by me in writing to cancel it in such time as to afford the church and their financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on my request. I can stop payment of any entry by notifying my financial institution 3 days prior to my account being charged.
